All too often debtors are several steps in front of their creditors. New legislation means debtors can declare bankruptcy or set up an IVA and then continue to trade, start up new ventures, or establish themselves in a new trading identity, while large sums of money are still owed to others. In other cases individuals or organisations vanish from the face of the earth.

Our investigators will carry out exhaustive checks to ensure there has been no secretion or transfer of assets, establish if new companies are set up as a ‘Phoenix’, staffed and owned by the same people, and we endeavour to trace those who have tried to vanish and cover their tracks.
