Disability Discrimination Act survey	£ 150-350 dependent on sq.ft. of premises

Please note that all of the above are subject to VAT at the standard rate. All prices quoted are for standard operations. Individual circumstances may require a variation of cost dependent on differing local situations. Clients will be advised of these factors on acceptance of the investigation. All prices are in pounds sterling and are charged at the agreed exchange rates quoted on the day of acceptance of any work to be carried out.

Any manner of work required which is not mentioned in the above table will be subject to estimate by Abbotsgate Investigations.

‘Costs’ are any additional expense incurred for the completion of enquiries including such items as vehicle mileage, rail tickets, entry and booking fees, car park and congestion charges and accommodation costs where appropriate. ‘Ancillary payments’ will be by prior consent of, and arrangement with, the client.

Normal operating conditions are that 50% of any estimated fee is payable as a retainer, the remainder being due on completion of the operation. No reports will be released until clearance of due full and final payment. After the limits of any initial agreed charge have been reached, no additional work will be carried out without the express permission of the client.

Please be aware that investigation and surveillance work is not an exact science Should any objective not be achieved through any reason other than oversight or error by an operative of Abbotsgate Investigation, any fees incurred for work undertaken will still be due for payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment. Any credit card bills will show only ‘Abbotsgate’ as the payee.
